Image Module - Scale Image Format

When making the eye chart I took into consideration that dragons could be very complex. This meant that It may be fairly hard for the viewer to distinguish the design from a distance.
I decided because of this that I would not use any colour and hopefully this would compensate for the complexity of the designs.
I used mainly Oriental style dragons to create the chart as I thought that they had a distinctive and very recognisable pattern.

This brief was a fairly difficult one because in order for it to be effective it has to be clear from 20 feet. This meant that when you working on it up close it looked effective but you couldn't really tell if it was going to work until the design had been printed out.

This brief was titled Scale/Image/Format. the brief asked us to create a piece of work based around an eyechart and we were then given an object that we had to base the chart around.
The word that was given to me was dragon.

The task was to produce an effective piece of design that was visible from 20 feet. The chart would have to be printed on an A2 scale for the viewer to be able to see the designs.
