This is a simple design that I was thinking of putting on a flag at the event. The flags will be similar to those worn by the samurai warriors of japan. They are quite common at events all over the globe and usually appear in rows, providing walkways for pedestrians.
The design is simple as it does not need to show any information about the event as people will already be there. They're design will be purely aesthetic.
